App Privacy

Privacy information for the Zavadskis Viewer app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android: private client galleries, saved login, downloads, and image delivery.

Private client galleriesiPhone, iPad, Mac & AndroidSecure delivery

Zavadskis Viewer is used to privately share photography projects with selected clients. These projects may include personal photos from trips, travel, photosessions, events, portraits, family collections, commercial sessions, or other private galleries prepared for a specific client account. The app is available for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android.

Each client receives a username and password. After login, the app shows only the projects assigned to that account. Access is managed by the photographer and is not shown publicly on this website.

Photos and private servers

Photos, thumbnails, previews, and downloadable images are stored on private servers used for client gallery delivery. The app displays only the private projects assigned to your account and is made for viewing and saving your own galleries, not for public browsing.

Account information

The service stores your username, an encrypted password record, your assigned projects, project titles and thumbnails, and basic account status. If you send favourites or a Book a Shoot request, that selection, any note, and the contact details you enter are sent to the photographer so the request can be handled.

Saved login and biometrics

If you choose to save your password, it is kept in secure storage on your device: Apple Keychain on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, or encrypted storage on Android. You can unlock the saved login with Face ID, Touch ID, or Optic ID on Apple devices, or with your fingerprint, face, PIN, or pattern on Android. The photographer cannot read your biometrics or device passcode and does not receive that data.

Saving photos and permissions

When you save photos, the app asks only for permission to add photos: to the Apple Photos app on iPhone and iPad, to your photo gallery on Android, or to the Photos app or a folder you choose on Mac. This is used only to save the photos you request. The app does not read, scan, upload, or change your other personal photos.

Offline cache

If you prepare a project for offline use, its thumbnails, previews, face data, and gallery details are cached only on your own device so you can browse without internet. You can clear this cache in Settings at any time.

App activity and statistics

For security, support, and service statistics, the system may record login time, app version, IP address, country when available, project opens, failed login attempts, notification registration status, and similar app events. This helps confirm access, understand usage, and fix problems.

Support logs

The app includes a Send Log button. When you press it, a diagnostic log may be sent to support, including app version, device or browser information, IP address, and download or connection errors. Logs are used to fix problems and improve support.

Notifications

If notifications are enabled, the app can notify you when a new project is added to your account. Notification tokens are used only to send app-related project notifications.

Data sharing

Client access data is not sold. Private project access is used only for providing the viewer service, support, security, and administration of assigned photo galleries.

Security

The photographer controls which projects are assigned to each client. The system also keeps admin login records and may use IP or country restrictions for administrator security when enabled.
