Zavadskis Viewer is used to privately share photography projects with selected users. These projects may include personal photos from trips, travel, photosessions, events, portraits, family collections, commercial sessions, or other private galleries prepared for a specific client account.
Private gallery access
Each user receives a username and password. After login, the app shows only the projects assigned to that account. Project access is managed by the administrator and is not shown publicly on the website.
Photos and private servers
Photos, thumbnails, previews, and downloadable images are stored on private servers used for client gallery delivery. The app displays only the private projects assigned to your account and is designed for viewing and saving your own galleries, not for public browsing.
Account information
The service stores the username, encrypted password record, assigned projects, project titles, project thumbnails, and basic account status. This is needed so the app can sign you in and show the correct private galleries.
Saved password and Face ID
If you choose to save your password in the app, it is stored on your device using Apple secure storage. Face ID can be used to unlock the saved login. The website administrator cannot read a Face ID scan and does not receive your biometric data.
Downloads and Photos permission
When you download images on iPhone or iPad, the app may ask permission to save photos to the Apple Photos app. When the iPad app is used on a Mac, the app may save images to the Photos app or to a folder you choose. These permissions are used only to save the photos you request.
App activity and statistics
For security, support, and service statistics, the system may record login time, app version, IP address, country when available, project opens, failed login attempts, push notification registration status, and other app events. This helps confirm access, understand usage, and troubleshoot problems.
Support logs
The app includes a Send Log button. When you press it, a diagnostic log can be sent to support. The log may include app version, device/browser information, IP address, download errors, connection errors, and app actions. Logs are used to fix problems and improve support.
Notifications
If notifications are enabled, the app can receive a notification when a new project is added to your account. Notification tokens are used only to send app-related project notifications.
Data sharing
Client access data is not sold. Private project access is used for providing the viewer service, support, security, and administration of assigned photo galleries.
Security
The administrator controls which projects are assigned to each user. The system also keeps admin login records and may use IP or country restrictions for admin security when enabled.
