Use the username and password created for your client account. If the password was saved in the app, you can use Face ID to sign in again. If login fails, check uppercase and lowercase letters, remove extra spaces, and ask support to confirm that your account is active.
Open your projects
After login, the first screen shows the projects assigned to your account as large thumbnails. Tap a project to open the gallery. Use the back button to return to the project list.
Download photos on iPhone or iPad
Open a project, choose the photo or gallery download button, and wait until the download finishes. Saved images appear in the Apple Photos app. The first time you save, iOS may ask for Photos permission. Allow access so the app can save your images.
Download one photo, a gallery, or face results
You can save a single image from the photo viewer, download the visible gallery, or download a face/person result when face groups are available. For large galleries, keep the app open and connected to Wi-Fi when possible.
FULL or SMALL downloads
In Settings, choose FULL for original-size images. FULL can be large and may take longer. Choose SMALL for faster preview-size downloads, especially on mobile data or when you only need quick sharing copies.
Download on Mac
If you use the iPad version of the app on a Mac, downloads can save to the Photos app or to a folder. On the first download, the app asks where you want to save photos if no folder is selected yet. Choose Photos App for normal Photos saving, or Folder on Mac to select a destination folder.
Change the Mac download folder
Open Settings, go to Mac Downloads, turn on Save photos on Mac, and press Choose Folder. If the selected folder is moved, deleted, or blocked by macOS permissions, choose the folder again in Settings.
Notifications
When notifications are enabled, the app can alert you when a new project is added to your account. If you do not receive notifications, open Settings in the app and press Enable Project Notifications, then also check iOS notification permissions for the app.
Send a support log
If something is not working, open Settings and press Send Log. The log helps support see app version, device details, download errors, and connection problems. It does not replace your login password.
