Get the app
Install Zavadskis from the App Store on iPhone and iPad; the same app runs on Apple Silicon Macs. On Android, install the version shared with you for phones and tablets. Then sign in with the details created for your account.
Sign in
Use the username and password created for your client account. There is no public sign-up. If login fails, check uppercase and lowercase letters, remove extra spaces, and ask support to confirm that your account is active. You can also tap See Portfolio to preview the public portfolio without an account.
Saved login
Turn on Save password to keep your login on the device. Next time, use the saved login and unlock it with Face ID, Touch ID, or Optic ID on Apple devices, or with your fingerprint, face, PIN, or pattern on Android. Your password stays in secure storage on the device.
Open your projects
After login, the first screen shows the projects assigned to your account as thumbnails. Tap a project to open the gallery. Larger collections can be organised into folders you can browse with a folder path. Use back to return to the project list.
View and download
Open a photo to view it full screen, swipe between images, and pinch to zoom. To save, use the download button on a single photo, or download a folder, a whole gallery, or one person's face group. Downloads run in a queue you can pause and resume; it continues after you reopen the app.
FULL or SMALL downloads
When your account allows both, open Settings and choose Image size. FULL saves original-resolution files and can be large. SMALL saves faster preview-size images, handy on mobile data. Some accounts are set to a single size or to view only.
Where photos are saved
On iPhone and iPad, saved photos go to the Apple Photos app. On Android, they go to your device photo gallery. On a Mac, the first download asks whether to save into the Photos app or a folder you pick; you can change this later in Settings under Mac Downloads.
Favourite photos
If Likes is enabled, tap the heart on the photos you like, add an optional note, and send your selection to Andrejs for editing. You can also download only your liked photos.
Face groups
When a gallery has face data, open the Faces tab to see people grouped together. Open a person to view or download all of their photos. You can re-check faces if new photos were added.
Slideshow
On iPad and Android tablets, open the Slideshow settings, tick the galleries you want, set the seconds per photo, choose in order or random, and press play for a full-screen slideshow that loops until you close it.
Offline mode
Open a project and prepare it for offline use to cache thumbnails, previews, and face data on the device. You can then keep browsing that project, and open it again, without internet.
Book a Shoot
Use Book a Shoot in the app to request a session: choose a preferred date and shoot type, and add your contact details. The request goes straight to the photographer.
Notifications
Turn on notifications to be alerted when a new project is added. If you do not receive them, open Settings and enable project notifications, then allow notifications for the app in your device settings.
Send a support log
If something is not working, open Settings and press Send Log. The log helps support see the app version, device details, and any download or connection errors. It does not include your password.
Common fixes
- Check that your internet connection is working
- Close and reopen the app
- Confirm your username and password are correct
- Use Wi-Fi for large FULL downloads
- Allow the photo-saving permission when the app asks
- On Mac, choose the folder again if saving stops
- Contact support if a project is missing from your account
